November 12, 2020, Cluj-Napoca – Cluj Avram Iancu International Airport is the first airport in Romania, where passengers will be able to travel from 2021, with liquids in their hand luggage. Today, the first C3 standard security equipment for processing passengers and cabin baggage arrived at Cluj Airport, with the rest to be delivered by the end of November. The new equipment will be used for security screening starting with 2021.
