Mother and baby room

Mothers who want to breastfeed their babies can benefit from a dedicated space. Thus, inside the Departures terminal on the ground floor, there is room for mother and baby. Access to this room can be 24 H 24 and is free of charge.

 

Medical center

Health professionals prepared for any interventions are permanently available to the medical center, located in the Departures terminal, ground floor.

Information office

At the airport you will find one information office -  located in the Departures terminal. Our staff can inform you about the schedules of flights, airlines data, the services offered within the airport, the destinations operated from Cluj „Avram Iancu” International Airport. Furthermore, here you can fill out forms for suggestions and complaints and you will be directed to the lost baggage office.

Assistance for passengers with reduced mobility

In accordance with Article 9 of Regulation (EC) 1107/2006 - quality standards on health and ECAC DOC 30 Annex J - Code of Good Conduct in Ground Handling For Persons With Reduced Mobility, the following quality standards on the availability of the service have been established:

 

  • Service availability upon departure - announced 48 hours in advance via SITA messages or other forms of communication

 

         Availability 80% < 10 min waiting
         Availability 90% < 20 min waiting
         Availability 100% < 30 min waiting

 

  • Service availability upon departure - unannounced (direct presentation passenger airport PMR)

 

         Availability 80% < 25 min de waiting
         Availability 90% < 35 min de waiting
         Availability 100% < 45 min de waiting

 

  • Service availability upon arrival - announced via SITA messages or other forms of communication before aircraft landing 

 

         Availability 80% < 5 min waiting following aircraft parking 
         Availability e 90% < 10 min waiting following aircraft parking
         Availability 100% < 20 min waiting following aircraft parking

 

  • Service availability upon arrival - unannounced prior to aircraft landing
